The transformation focused on two key areas. Firstly arange of new service products that leverage TPM methods and technical expertise to enhance customers' output and OEE. Second, TPM methods will be optimized to improve the management and execution of long-term Maintenance Agreements.
Key attention needed to be paid to the balance between strategy and execution, this is a role that is also highly customer-facing. We needed to find a commercially sensitive and consultative leader who could also get the bestworking with the internal operational workforce.
