The search

This individual was tasked with full operational leadership over five factories across North America, Europe, and Asia. They were tasked to develop and execute global footprint strategies aligned with wider business objectives. This strategically important hire was a priority for the business to institute a homogenous approach to operational efficiency, and optimising SQDC performance, taking ownership of deviations.

At the stage of instruction, our client felt the need to put a lens on advanced manufacturers to see what talent was available to help them push the needle in this area. Particularly a focus was placed on adding diversity into the current LT.

We needed a leader who was able to commit to regular travel and be a “present" influencer, with a hands-on style, and vocal voice to advocate continuous improvement strategy and implementation on all five sites.
