We needed a Leader who could set up a robust Environmental Engineering organization that could respond to the ambitious sustainability targets in the coming years.

• Pragmatic leadership style with the ability to challenge, create, and communicate new ways of working
• Pedigree in engineering and facilities with a strong business acumen, tech savviness, and an ability to create and drive programs, through a new delivery machine

This was a global search, we delivered the shortlist within the agreed timeframe accompanied by a detailed search report and SWOT analysis and "engineering innovation profile" for each prospect

Result

The result came from a known professional in our network with a strong background in multi-site management across three continents.

This search took us to 3 continents, building up a detailed picture of what industries, companies, and leaders were taking the helm for entire digital manufacturing ecosystems. We focused on large,complex manufacturing networks, with high carbon neutral scores and innovative cultures.
