This position served as a pivotal visionary, spearheading the execution of the Transformation and Excellence agenda, aligning with our client's aspiration to attain a 'leading' status within the supply chain maturity framework, both within the organization and in the eyes of customers, suppliers, and all collaborative partners.
At the time of instruction, the client felt the need to put a lens on advanced industries to see what talent was available to help them push the needle in this area and establish a global excellence program.
