Kaeir co-founded Melium back in 2016 having forged a successful career partnering with FMCG multinationals across Operations and End-End Supply-Chain.Before this, he lived and studied on 3 continents helping him gain an appreciation for different cultures and ways of working. Kaeir supports both the 'Global Manufacturing' and 'PE' divisions on strategic business development as well as having a large focus on building our team's internal capability through hands-on training.Despite being based South of the river, you will often find him venturing up north to watch his mighty Arsenal! Big fan of all sports and constantly trying to learn new languages.

Tom co-founded Melium in 2016. He graduated from Sheffield University in 2000, having completed a degree in BIS, and his dissertation 'Wireless Connectivity for Manufacturing' got him a graduate placement at BP Chemicals as a technical BA. After BP divested,Tom started his career in search in 2005, supporting Operational Excellence and Supply Chain Effectiveness for volume manufacturers throughout the mainland. He has consulted with multinationals, start-ups, and scale-ups the world over, supporting many high-profile growth, transformation, and turnaround objectives. Outside of work, Tom enjoys nothing more than spending time with his family in the Mountains!
